The topic of nobility, sound and upright morality in our governance system and corporate leadership is a matter that requires national discourse and effective consideration in our social stratification agenda. Leadership has been viewed from many angles by the experts as the instrument or channel of our socio-economic transformational agenda, and not just a change of our circumstances. Psychologists, believe that motivation, either by intrinsic or extrinsic drive has the capabilities to propel an individual’s maximum input into an undertaking, and has accordingly been deployed both in the classroom-learning environment, political interactions and corporate engagements to push individuals’ collective roles toward the realization of the organizational goal.
