Ghanaian rap icon Sarkodie is urging both corporations and influencers to pay closer attention to the forces shaping African pop culture.
His comments follow discussions between socialite Joselyn Dumas and Digital Entrepreneur Mariam Digitalbee who focused on what drives pop culture in Africa.
The conversation called for a well-structured mode of operation to guarantee efficiency and progress for Africa’s pop culture and its growing patronage.
Sarkodie described the discussion as “very insightful” and pointed out that it’s a conversation that demands more attention.
“The type of conversation both corporations and influencers need to pay attention to….very insightful” he said.
Sarkodie hereby makes a call to influencers and corporations to focus on Africa’s pop culture and be conscious of its evolution, in this digital world.
