23 year old, Francisca Oteng-Mensah is crusing to Parliament to represent the Kwabre East Constituency in the Ashanti Region for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary.
Francisca Oteng-Mensah beat the incumbent MP-Kofi Frempong who got 187 votes with 321 votes at the NPP’s primaries last year.
