Twitter Now Lets You ‘Dock’ Your Videos As You Continue To Scroll

Twitter is rolling out a new feature that allows you to ‘dock’ videos on the platform, in order to keep watching as they scroll. 
With more and more content out there and less and less time to consume it all, it’s no surprise that social platforms are rolling out multitasking features that allow users to consume video content as they continue to browse.
For example, YouTube recently launched a picture-in-picture feature that also allows its users on Android to keep a playing video on top of other apps.
Now, Twitter is rolling out the ability for its users to ‘dock’ on-platform videos, allowing them to continue scrolling as the videos continue to play.
The feature is easy to use: Simply tap on the new dock option that appears at the top right of the play window while in full screen. The video will minimise and continue to play as you scroll past it and read your other Tweets. If the ‘docked’ video is in the way, you can always move it wherever you want or swipe to get rid of it.
Facebook has had a similar feature, although it works automatically as one scrolls past a video. The result looks pretty much the same.
