Sierra Leonean rapper and songwriter, XZU-B, has opened up about why he ended up choosing Ghana as the preferred country to produce his third studio EP, the ‘Gifted’.
In an interview with BrownBerry on Y107.9FM’s Ryse n Shyne, XZU-B said his reason for coming to Ghana was to work on his EP. “My team decided that it was time to come and promote my songs in Ghana.”
“Sierra Leone is a very great country, I’m not going to lie, and we have a lot of great things to talk about but when it comes to entertainment, I think we have a lot more to do and me as an artiste, I don’t base my career only in Sierra Leone,” he added.
The rapper stated his plans to compete the world, therefore, his decision to visit Ghana to work on collaborations and make better productions.
He further noted that he has met a lot of artistes including Possigee, KelvynBoy among other big industry players since his arrival in Ghana, “It’s been a very good experience”.
