Y Takoradi set to host a cook-out to celebrate mothers

Mothers have nourished and nurtured lives with delicious delicacies for centuries, Y 97.9 FM is giving the general public an opportunity to reciprocate that love by participating in the ‘Momstatic Moms’ promo. With the ‘Momstatic’ Moms promo which basically means fantastic mom, listeners are entreated to send pictures of themselves and their mothers along with a 60-second voice note explaining why their mother is ‘momstatic.’
The best four {4} pictures with the accompanying voice note to garner the most likes will be selected to cook for their mom and win amazing prizes.
The cook-out will be held at the Takoradi Mall on the 8th May, 2021.
Programmes Manager of Y97.9 FM, Agyekum Gyimah explained why mothers should be celebrated.
‘’ Our moms are our best cheerleaders, and it is only fair that on Mothers’ Day we cook, pamper and show them all the love we have in our heart to give by cooking something delicious for them to enjoy. We can say that, arguably mothers give the best hugs in the world.”
