Ghana’s number one Urban radio Y97.9FM is set to introduce a new and exhilarating segment on all shows. The segment dubbed “Trial’’, an innovation from the radio trailblazer will bring thrill and excitement to listeners and viewers of Y97.9FM alike.
Trial on YFM in a court like fashion will put the various on-air personalities on the hot seat, giving listeners the opportunity to dive into the fascinating life of their favourite radio personalities, DJs and producers.
On ‘The Trial’ dedicated YFM listeners will be granted the opportunity to ask questions and inquire into the lives of presenters, DJs and producers. These personalities are then obliged to answer listeners truthfully.
The spontaneity of the new segment is to create suspense and anticipation for defendants next in line for the trial, and a great time for listeners and fans to get closer to their favourite radio personalities.
The first edition of the TRIAL will be held on the Myd Morning Radio Show, Friday 9th February,2024 at 10:30 am to 11am. The first “Defendants ‘’ to appear before court will be Hypeman Ferggy and DJ Cuebeatz.
