YEA’21: YFM’s Chelsy Sey bags nomination

Y 97.9 FM’s Chelsy Sey has been nominated for the ‘Regional Entrepreneur of the year’ category in the upcoming Young Entrepreneur Awards 2021.

Chelsy who is the host of ‘Ryse N Shye’ and ‘Pillow Talk’ shows on Takoradi-based Y 97.9 FM is also co-founder of ‘Naa Sika’ and financial institution that aims to bridge the gap between traditional savings (Susu) and modern forms of savings with the use of a mobile phone.

Expressing her joy for the nomination, Chelsy Sey went on her Instagram page to recount how well her year has been and entreated her followers to vote.

“This year has indeed been a good one for me. We excel in everything we do. I know you will surely send some votes my way. Pls vote as many times as you can and check out our solution Naa Sika,” she posted.

‘Naa Sika’ won “Start-Up Superstar Of The Year” at the 2021 edition of the Western Regional Business Awards.

The 2021 edition Young Entrepreneur Awards will be held at the African Trade House in Accra on 18th December at 7:00 PM prompt.
