It was all jams and vibes at the highly anticipated urban party, the Ankaase Lakeside Party, organized by Ghana’s most entertaining and interactive urban radio station, YFM.
The annual lakeside experience party initiated by YFM in partnership with the Ghana Tourism Authority and sponsored by Kasapreko Ghana Limited saw a filled community of fun lovers in attendance.
The 2022 edition of the YFM Ankaase Lakeside Party spearheaded by Y102.5FM-Kumasi, a sub-station of the YFM brand served patrons with live performances from Ghana’s crème de la crème artistes who headlined the epic party, including the ballsy highlife musician, Fameye, Ghana’s favourite songstress, S3fa and the Asaka young models, Yaw Tog and Kweku Flick.
YFM’s finest female DJ, DJ Coleda set the atmosphere ablaze with some rumbling mixes to welcome the revellers to the biggest Easter party. It was all spills as the Soloku brass band opened the dancefloor for the party lovers from all walks of love display their dancing prowess.
Prior to the crazy performances, patrons enjoyed the side attractions with a walk in the green park activity and the amusing boat ride on the Ankaase Lake.
The “Nothing I Get” hitmaker Fameye later orchestrated outstanding chemistry with the crowd. He thrilled fans with vibrating tunes of highlife and hits from his records. His performance awoke the souls of the crowd as they chanted more from him.
The Young Bull, Yaw Tog took turns as he summoned the ‘Asaka vibes’ to the party, while the crowd virtually took over his epic performances. Kweku Flick’s entry with his latest “Ewaise” hit further charged up the atmosphere.
S3fa took the crowd to another level with her shut-down “Echoke” performance. In between the performances were perfect mashup sessions from DJ Lexes, DJ Coleda, NYDJ and PapJay among other YFM stars.
