After fourteen successful episodes of YFM most authoritative leadership show, the Y Leaderboard show, the station is set to begin the second edition beginning 18th August,2020.
The show,hosted by the excellent presenter, Rev. erskine, has featured great leaders ranging from politics, commerce, entertainment, education,among,others.
The first series of the Second Edition commences with a leader in the medical field, Dr. Darius Osei of the University of Ghana Medical Centre.
Dr. Darius Osei is a seasoned hospital leadership and management expert with twenty-nine (29) years’ experience in hospital management in both the public and private sectors.
He has held a number of hospital management positions including serving as a Medical Director of a Secondary level healthcare provider in Cape Coast, Ghana, now a tertiary level healthcare provider (The Cape Coast Teaching Hospital).
In July, 2018, he was appointed the first ever Chief Executive of the newly opened University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC).
Dr. Darius Osei will join Rev. Erskine on the Y Leaderboard series to discuss his upbringing, family life, his pastime and career while sharing some motivational words with Ghanaian youths.
Programmes Manager of YFM Eddy Blay, has said that the station is geared towards much stellar interviews on the renowned Y Leaderboard series.
“It is all about the Youth at Y FM. We are proud to have brought such an insightful series on our show where savvy leaders impact the youth with nuggets of wisdom. The first season was monumental. However, we promise to bring an even bigger and better edition which when compared to the previous season, makes the first pale out”.

The Maiden edition of the Y Leaderboard series saw leaders such as Kennedy Agyapong, John Dumelo, Joyce Aryee, Patrick Awuah of Asheshi, Azumah Nelson, Patricia Obo-Nai of Vodafone Ghana, Lucy Quist,Frank Adu of CAL Bank, Theresa Ayoade of Charterhouse,Joyce Ababio, Prof. Ernest Aryeetey, Kwaku Sintim Misa (KSM) and Albert Ocran.
