YFM’s hypeman and radio presenter, Hypeman Ferggy has won two awards at Takoradi Technical University General Awards which was held at the Western Plus Atlantic Hotel on Saturday, August 5.
He was awarded both the “Radio Presenter of the Year” and “MC of the Year” awards at the event, affirming his expertise in radio presenting and his unique way of engaging his audience.
George Ferguson Laing popularly known as Hypeman Ferggy is the host of Myd Morning Radio Show on Y 97.9 FM Takoradi. He is well known for his enchanting personality and versatility in engaging listeners and effortlessly bringing joy to their radio experience.
It has been mind-blowing and impressionable that the University has deemed him worthy and awarded him two awards for his outstanding contribution to the world of broadcasting.

The radio presenter is no stranger to awards events. He has been nominated for numerous awards like the Ghana Tertiary Awards, RTP and TTU SRC Awards. He has hosted a lot of programmes and has been a guest on notable shows.
