Atom’s Ye Wo Krom smash hit featuring Jhunea was played yesterday at Apple’s Developer Conference.
The Hiplife Song of the Year was played to climax the demonstration of the all new Apple Music App during a presentation by Ghanaian-born Head of Marketing, Apple Music, Bozoma Saint John.
The song was chosen to highlight the World Music category in the all new music app which has playlists curated by music industry’s taste makers.
Bozoma Saint John was born in Ghana and moved to Colorado Springs when she was 14. She was discribed by Buzzfeed as “coolest” person to ever take the stage at an Apple keynote after that presentation.
