Ghanaian rapper Medikal has secured the Best Hiplife Song award and Collaboration of the Year at the 27th Telecel Ghana Music Awards with his hit record Shoulder, featuring Shatta Wale and Beeztrap KOTM.
The song, which emerged as one of the biggest urban records of 2025, gained widespread popularity across streaming platforms, radio and nightlife spaces following its release.
Produced by Atown TSB, Shoulder also earned nominations in other key categories including Most Popular Song and Collaboration of the Year, cementing its place as one of the standout releases of the TGMA season.
The wins adds to what has already been a strong TGMA campaign for Medikal, who entered the awards night with multiple nominations across major categories after a dominant run in 2025.
With the Best Hiplife Song plaque now secured, all eyes remain on the rapper as he keeps his sights firmly on the ultimate prize which is Artiste of the Year.
