3Music, organizers of Ghana’s most talked-about music award scheme, 3Music awards paid tribute to Doctar Cann, host of Ghana’s number one weekend entertainment show, ‘Showbiz Xtra’ on Happy98.9 FM.
The 5th edition of the 3Music Awards which took place at the Grand Arena, Accra captured beautiful scenes and electrifying performances from Ghanaian arts with Black Sherif’s epic display, Kidi and Cina Soul’s grind show among others.
However, few moments into the show a minute silence was observed for the demise of Doctar Cann when Abeiku Santana took to stage to announce winners of this year’s awards.
Doctar Cann christened Francis Cann whose sad incident happened in the late hours of Friday March 25th has left listeners and industry players devastated by the news.
