Digital expert and youth empowerment leader, Odame Amoako reveals that the COVID-19 lockdown was what led to her exploration of digital tools – marking the inception of her journey as a digital expert.
Speaking in an interview on Y107.9FM’s Y Campus express, Odamea disclosed that er notable strides in the digital space date back to her days in university as a pharmacy student who engaged in social media management as a leisure time career.
However, her journey into digital transformation, started during the worldwide lockdown on account of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. In this period Amoako explained that, “When COVID happened, for me COVID was a blessing because that was the time when I was able to take a lot of courses online.”
The digital expert with her experience garnered over the years, has brought her not only recognition but a secured spot in the digital economy to pursue other careers with sufficient funding seamlessly.
