Born Rebecca Akosua Acheampomaa Acheampong and known in showbiz circles as Becca one talent who vows not only to touch lives of people through her music but through her works. In view of this she recently launched the Becca hearts foundation with the sole aim of touching lives and affecting change in society.
Becca’s aim is to change the mind set of the girl child, to let them understand that menstruation is normal and happens to every girl. She began #iMensturateToo campaign and visited some schools to educate young girls in some second cycle schools.
The second phase of her #iMensturateToo project was at Nazareth Methodist church, Mamprobi educating over 800 young girls on the best Menstural hygiene practices… This project is partnered by @unfpa @unfpa_ghana, ministry of health, education and gender with support from @faytexsanitary @specialice_gh @kasaprekogh @beccahearts_foundation.
On the music scene her latest single Yes I do ranked No. 4 on UK Top 40 songs of the week on YouTube. The playlist has over 621million views. Kudos to team Becca and fans across the world…
