Reggie Reg, also known by his full name Reginald Lebrecht N.A. Tetteh-Quaye, is a prominent Radio Host and Producer at YFM, Ghana’s no.1 urban radio station.
His journey to success has been multifaceted, starting as a writer, poet, and spoken word artist under the pen name “The Sultan of Darkness” during his experimental phase. However, he eventually discovered his passion for being behind the microphone while volunteering for several shows on the campus radio station, Radio GIJ.
During his time at Radio GIJ, he earned the monikers “The Baritone Driver” for hosting the “Drive Time Show” and “Love Doctor” for his role on the relationship show “Matters of The Heart.”
With a talent for intelligent conversation, Reggie Reg expanded his repertoire by adding podcasting to his CV. He teamed up with Vincent Asare and Knollis to become one of the Trio of Dynamic Voices behind the “We’ll Apologize Later” Podcast.
Nowadays, Reggie Reg is a successful Producer and Host at YFM, where he presents two live shows every week: “Y Campus Express” on Saturdays and “Y Top 20 Countdown” on Sundays, both airing exclusively on Yfm.
