Theodore Asampong, Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of SES HD Plus Ghana Limited, has shared what his motivation and driving force to work throughout these years.
He told Rev Erskine on Y107.9FM’s Leaderboard Series, “It’s strange, I don’t know but I just remember getting up and going to work every day enjoying what I was doing and looking forward to going”.
He believes his ability to have pulled through it was also part of the upbringing they were taught.
“We were taught to work hard and put passion in whatever we did. If your job is worth doing, do it well and give it all. That was it”.
He emphasized that, this made himself and his colleagues love their job because they wanted the challenge.
“I don’t think I was thinking whiles working. I was doing it and I just wanted to be remembered for something that I did” he said.
He added that, he also just wanted to change lives and to do things that will impact lives positively and most importantly, “to enjoy myself. I loved the traveling to Europe. Seeing different people, eating in different restaurants and having fun by working really hard”.
