Programs Manager for YFM Takoradi and Founder of the Boss Up 100 Foundation, Chelsy Sey, has been honoured with the Excellence in Women Empowerment Award at the 2025 Mentorship and Volunteerism Excellence Summit and Awards.
The prestigious recognition celebrates her outstanding impact in championing women’s development, mentoring young girls, and creating sustainable empowerment initiatives across the Western Region and beyond.
Chelsy Sey’s Boss Up 100 Foundation has become a leading hub for mentorship, skills development, and entrepreneurial support for young women, reinforcing her commitment to bridging the gap in women empowerment spaces.
Expressing her gratitude, Chelsy described the honour as both humbling and motivating.
