The second song “another time” talks about him not being consumed with chasing a love interest even though he thinks he’s the best person to fall in love with because he’s a born hustler and if she’s not interested now, he is going to chase all his dreams and focus on himself that is if he’s not gone “kolomental” meaning gone crazy with achieving his dreams and might not be interested later.
