Host of Happy Sports on Happy98.9FM Ohene Bampoe Brenya has received nominations for Sports Host of the Year in the 12th edition of the 2022/2023 Foklex Media Awards.
He has been nominated alongside 50 other media personalities in the industry but the Happy Sports host is not bewildered by the line-up and believes his name is already penned on the award plaque.
Ohene Brenya Bampoe is the host of the flagship sports show and the finest of all sports shows in the country. The Show airs every weekday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Happy 98.9 FM and is streamed across the brands socials.
Over the years, the Happy Sports host has shown extraordinary commitment to the media fraternity as well as to the public and his contribution through communication has led to a development in the community and the country as a whole.
Reacting to the nomination,
Bampoe said he was grateful to God for his constant grace and strength which has brought him this far.”I also want to thank the organizers of this award for recognizing my contributions, this will go a long way to motivate me to do more and give back to society.”
