The maiden edition of Akurase.com has been scheduled to roll out in October 2018 at Heroes Park in Kumasi from 9am-10PM each day.
Akurase.com is a three (3) day event which will give patrons the opportunity to taste, sell, promote and endorse local food and drinks in an entertaining atmosphere.
Live Band Music will form the background of this event for the entire duration of 3 days of enjoying good old delicacy. It is an annual event that will travel four regional zones in Ghana. With your admission, attendees can sample from the various tasting tents and also buy small portions of the food & drink offerings.
The objective of Akurase.com is to establish a festival that would be added to the national festivals calendar, promote the tourists inflow both domestic and foreign, harness the promotion of local clothing, food and entertainment in general and also provide an avenue for the local tourist and sponsoring brands to interact more and openly with the public and find creative and relaxed ways of endearing the brands to the public.
Akurase.com is a private initiative that the ministry of creative arts and culture refused to associate with. It will be held in October 2018 at Heroes Park in Kumasi from 9am-10PM each day.
