According to Jefferson Sackey, Presidential staffer and chairman of the media, publicity and branding sub commitee of Ghana: 60 years on, the logo for the celebrations was designed by Immanuel K. Addo.
In an interview with A Plus on a Facebook live stream, Mr Sackey also pointed out that Immanuel was not paid GHc 25,000 to make the logo.
In a Facebook post on the official page of the celebrations, Immanuel K. Addo was acknowledged as the designer of the logo.
This is to acknowledge Immanuel K. Addo (Korku Addo), a Post-Graduate student in Communication Design at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology for his creativity and originality.
