I Will No Longer Support Chichiz – Rememba

February 27, 2020
in Entertainment

Rememba Matthew, the man who has always supported, Ahmed Musa, popularly known in showbiz as Chichiz has said he is no more going to do so.
It is known by many that Rememba Matthew has been supporting Chichiz from day 1. In an interview with Nana Quasi-Wusu also known as PM, the host of the “Dryve of your Lyf ‘, on Yfm, Rememba made it clear that he is not going to support Chichiz anymore because Chichiz has not appreciated the support and sacrifice he put into his career.

Explaining his reasons for this revelation, Rememba told PM that, plans to get Chichiz an outfit for his performance at the finals did not go as planned, he and a member of the team set out on the day to get a designer to cook up something quickly but the lights went out. He also said that the Ghanaian cloth Chichiz performed with was a last-minute thought and inspiration from a design he saw at the red carpet on Western Music awards page and were fixed with needles. He revealed that Chichiz was supposed to perform a piece titled My country Ghana hence the reason for the cloth made out of the Ghanaian flag, but he refused because he said Rememba was late with the outfit and that the judges & organizers won’t accept the change in performance, so he didn’t and Rememba told PM he believes this was what cost Chichiz the 1st position.
He also cleared the air on monies given by some prominent people in the region to be used in voting for Chichiz. He said that he does not know of any Honorable who contributed 7,000 cedis as was posted on social media. He also said that he does not know who received the money from Hon Joseph Cudjoe but Blogger; Kwesi Koomson received the donation by Hon Kobby Okyere Darko. Remember also named The District Cheif Executive(DCE) for Shama Honorable Joseph Amoah, Kofi Kinaata, Saevee, and others as those who contributed to voting for Chichiz.
