Managing Director (MD) of Hollard Insurance, Daniel Boi Addo has commended his team for their commitment to work over the years.
Talking to Rev Erskine, host of the Myd Morning Show about what he looks out for when putting a team together for work on Y 107.9 FM’s Y Leaderboard Series, he shared, “I look out for the 3 C’s which are Competence, Confidence and Compatibility.”
He believes team work is the most important key for any organization to progress and with the three C’s mentioned above, he has created a comfortable working environment for himself and his team.
The insurance man is of the view that, “Any manager who feels it’s all about him has failed since day one because it’s all about team work.”
He believes every leader should set a vision for their team to follow and try as much as possible to create a comfortable environment for them to work.
“I always say ‘We’ because, looking at how far I’ve come, I couldn’t have done it without them. There are too many people behind the scenes making sure work goes on,” he emphasized.
