Described by Guardian Nigeria as “the new sound of Africa”, Mr. Eazi was the only artist who joined multi award winning artist Wizkid during the big announcement of his signing to Starbwoy Worldwide at the 2016 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards but unlike his name (Eazi), he did not have it that easy mounting the stage.
The musician in an exclusive interview with NY DJ on Ghana’s biggest breakfast show, RYSE N SHYNE on Y102.5FM revealed the stage managers won’t not allow him.
“I’ve never said this anywhere, do you know that when I was about to come on stage, some of the organizers came and told me there’s no way they are getting me on that stage…”
