Dancehall and reggae artiste, Papa Flava, who was a member of the defunct music group TH4KWAGES has called on all other members of the group to join him to revive the group that has “inspired a whole generation”.

According to him, the group, TH4KWAGES, was built on passion and sacrifices that was meant to create the avenue for talented people to join. However, that dream was not realized because of some disappointments and misunderstanding along the way.

Speaking to Y97.9’s Haruna Babaginda on the Reggae Republic show, he stated: “We have not broken up. It is just that our work has come down a bit. For me, I am ready to revive the crew. I think we have to come together. We have inspired a whole generation.

Some of us took our heart into TH4KWAGES but along the line, there were disappointments and misunderstandings. I will use this opportunity to call on Fiifi Sela to join me and bring the group back. Astuso too should help me bring the group back to bring honour to Olasty Bingo”.

TH4Kwages is well-known as a huge brand in the history of hiplife music. The group recorded a number of songs including one of their popular songs titled,‘Nana Esi’.
