Phoebe Dynevor has finally addressed her absence from Bridgerton since Season 2, revealing she was never called back to continue her role.
Speaking in an interview, the actress, who brought Daphne Bridgerton to life in the show’s breakout season, stated plainly, “I did not receive a call back,” putting to rest speculation around her quiet exit.
Despite ongoing calls from fans and the media for her return, Dynevor made it clear the door isn’t shut. “If I am to receive a call from them, I will definitely show up,” she added.
Her comments offer clarity on her disappearance from the series, which has since shifted focus across different characters, but for many fans, her absence remains one that is still strongly felt.
Bridgerton has continued its anthology-style rollout across seasons, beginning with Season 1 in 2020 which focused on Daphne’s story, followed by Season 2 in 2022 centered on Anthony, and Season 3 in 2024 highlighting Colin, while Season 4, slated for 2026, is expected to shift attention to Benedict’s storyline.
