PSG Forced To Make Instagram Account Private Because Of Barcelona Fans

Ligue One outfit Paris Saint-Germain have made the decision to make their official Instagram account private and it’s all down to Barcelona fans.

No, they weren’t still trolling the French side for the incredible Champions League round of 16 second leg, Barca supporters were instead bombarding PSG’s posts with messages in relation to Marco Verratti, who is of course Barcelona’s number one transfer target.

Verratti has since apologised on behalf of his agent, and a move now looks dead in the water.
That’s sent Barca fans into a rage on Instagram, so much so that PSG’s account, which has 8.2 million followers, has been set to private.
If you want to follow the six-time Ligue One winners on the social media platform, you have to request them:
psg
Clearly those behind the account have had enough of the constant messages and comments from the Blaugrana’s fanbase and have made the move to go private in order to put themselves in a better position for monitoring the comments that come in.
I’ve not got all the facts off the top of my head but I’m assuming that PSG have now become the first every football club to go private on social media. So if you want the ability to follow what last season’s Coupe De France winners are doing on Instagram, you’ll have to put a request through.
Make sure you have no mention of Barcelona on your profile whatsoever, or else you’re getting declined.
Good luck.
