Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie is set to make his first-ever concert appearance in Australia with his upcoming “Sarkodie Live In Australia” shows this October.
The rapper confirmed his Australian debut on August 24, expressing his excitement about finally performing for fans in the country.
The concerts will mark Sarkodie’s first major live performances in Australia, bringing his catalogue of Ghanaian hip-hop and Afrobeats-influenced music to audiences on the continent.
The Australia dates are scheduled for October, with performances planned in Melbourne and Sydney. Current event listings identify the Melbourne show for October 9, while promotional materials have also announced the Sydney date.
The concerts add another international destination to Sarkodie’s growing live-performance footprint as the rapper continues to take Ghanaian music to audiences beyond Africa.
