Bullet yesterday announced that some artistes were asking for a fee ahead of Ebony’s tribute concert at Trade Fair on March 23.
Many assumed it was multiple hit factory, Shatta Wale because he was not featured on the show’s flyer which featured heavyweights including Sarkodie, Stonebwoy and more.
But Zylofon Media‘s PRO, Sammy Flex this morning denied the claim that the ‘Dancehall King’ hitmaker demanded cash from Ruff Town Records. According to Sammy Flex on Zylofon FM’s morning show, it is true that Shatta Wale will not be performing at the March 23 concert but not because organisers are not paying him.
Detailing why the Shatta Movement boss will be missing on the night of the event said Shatta Wale will be out of town by then.
Shatta Wale reacting to the speculations making rounds posted on his Facebook a few hours ag;
