This year, Spotify has introduced the party lifestyle to the doorsteps of listeners and music fans as the platform brings the melodies of Afrohouse, Afropop, Amapianio among others for this year’s edition of Detty December.

Detty December(a colloquialism of Dirty December) refers to a period of seasonal diaspora where the continent experiences an influx of cross border travel with open gates of Africa to the return of Black Americans and other members of the diaspora accompanied with music concerts and other thrilling activities within the period of December to January.
