It’s two days to the most anticipated third edition of the Y-Clash of the DJs event in Takoradi and DJ Edita of YFM Takoradi has sent a strong warning to YFM Accra and Kumasi.
According to Edita, Y97.9FM Takoradi is all prepared to retain their crown. “this year, we don’t want to hear any excuse from YFM Accra or YFM Kumasi”.
“I want to tell Accra and Kumasi that we don’t want any excuses, Come fully prepared and come with your A-game.”
“This is Takoradi, you’re coming to meet and we’re not coming to play, so come prepared”, he further warned during a Twitter Spaces interview between all three brands on the Y-Triangle.
For her part, Princess AJ of YFM Accra, assured DJ Edita that the YVengers will end the carriers of YFM Takoradi’s ‘Hot squad’ with a simple mix from just one of their DJs, MzOrstin.
Y Clash of DJs, is a healthy intra competition between DJs of the YFM Triangle (Y97.9FM-Takoradi, Y107.9FM-Accra and Y102.5FM-Kumasi) for bragging rights for which member of the triangle has the best DJs and Hypeman.
