Y97.9FM’s (Takoradi) versatile presenter, Maxlyn Chelsy Sey, has received a nomination for Radio Personality of the Year (Western Sector) at the 14th edition of the Visa King RTP Awards.
Maxlyn Chelsy Sey popularly known as Chelsy Sey, is an award-winning Ghanaian media personality currently with Global Media Alliance Broadcasting Company (YFM Takoradi).
The outstanding radio personality excels in other portfolios such as an Event Organizer, an Entrepreneur, a Philanthropist and a Global Women Activist.
Chelsy has over the years through her work on radio and her numerous charities impacted lives and contributed positive change to the Ghanaian society.
Reacting to her nomination, Chelsy said, “I am elated about this nomination and I am extremely grateful to the award scheme for the recognition. This is an incredible feet and I believe I can bring this win home. I want to encourage other female radio hosts and media personalities to leverage on their platforms to cause meaningful change in their environment and the larger Ghanaian society as a whole.
