YFM’s DJ Mic Smith to organize first DJ Symposium in Ghana

DJ Mic Smith, official DJ of YFM’s Dryve of Your Lyfe and C.E.O of the Shutdown Empire, would for the first time in Ghana’s history host a DJ symposium to help enlighten upcoming DJs on how to take their careers to the next level.
The Shutdown Weekend will be marked with two top notch events including a DJ Workshop and The Shutdown Concert to climax the weekend.
Slated for November 2^nd, 2018, the DJ workshop will seek to educate DJs on basic software creative uses, features and expansion packs for performance and production.
Participants will also experience at first hand a fun filled hands-on exercises designed to maximize navigation on a traditional 2 turntables and mixer set up.
The workshop will feature 2016 Best DJ at the Ghana DJ Awards DJ Black as a keynote speaker; with Shutdown Empire C.E.O DJ Mic Smith will be a member of the creative panel alongside brand experts and a guest DJ from Kenya.
