Ghanaian bodybuilder, Michael Parnell fended off stiff competition from seven other participants to swoop the coveted Gold medal in the 70kg category at the 2017 ARNOLD CLASSIC Bodybuilding Championship being staged in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Parnell’s feat came came as little surprise the Ghanaian officials due to the effort he and the entire team put into their training regimes ahead of this prestigious international Bodybuilding championship.
Earlier, Ghana’s only female bodybuilder at the championship, Bambie Bamfo placed fourth to set the tone for greater feats for the remaining Ghana contigent.
The Ghana Bodybuilding team at the tournament are being immensely supported by Carabao Energy Drink and Ironman Supplement.
