Bernard Sokpe, CEO of Jambo Spaces, has expressed concern about the exploitation of African creatives.
He has urged Ghanaian creatives to carefully study contracts handed them by businesses or brands.
“There are so many creatives who are being taken advantage of. They just want to create and pay little attention to contracts,” he stated.
In a bid to help creatives earn more money, Jambo Spaces is set to revolutionize the African creatives industry with a solution to enrich creatives.
In a recent interview with Rev. Erskine on the YLeaderboard Series, Mr. Sokpe highlighted a significant gap in the industry: “Most creators have the numbers and audience but have no idea on how to make the money.”
He emphasized that Jambo Spaces is a creative hub and incubator that helps creators to turn creativity into currency.
To address these challenges, Jambo Spaces is launching the African Digital Creator Academy, a flagship program aimed at equipping creators with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the digital age.
