Paralympic team confront foreigners over the use of Tennis Court for hockey

Watch a bizarre scene of ferocious confrontation between the Ghana Paralympic team and some foreigners over the use of the Accra Stadium Tennis Court. The Ghana Disabled team were training on the court only to be rudely interrupted by these foreigners who claim to have rented the place for 3 years to play hockey.
These unknown foreigners proceeded to removed the Ghana Team nets from the place and forcibly ejected them from the court. They further manhandled some members of the Ghana Team which nearly resulted in fisticuffs.
But from whom did they rent the place and how much did they pay to the extent that Ghanaians have to be prevented from using a facility built with their taxes at the expense of foreigners?
