Taking place on 2 – 6 March 2018, in Busua an idyllic beach village in Ghana’s Western region. Asa Baako is the ultimate Ghana independence retreat, bringing people together from across Ghana and the world to party, relax, enjoy Afro-inspired music and positively celebrate Africa.
Over five days and 4 nights, Asa Baako offers a programme of sound systems, parties, open-mics, surfing, treks, tours, yoga, football & volleyball tournaments, talks, conservation workshops, BBQs, boat trips and the legendary Jungle Party.

Access to the festival is free, parties range from GHc15 – GHc30 and can be bought at the Festival. Air Conditioned buses are available from Accra to take you direct to and from the festival. Buses leave on 2nd and 3rd March and return to Accra on 6th March 2018.
