Black Pride Multimedia is set to organise its annual heritage seminar slated for the 21st of September, 2022 at the most patronised Takoradi mall.
Spearheaded by Y97.9 FM’s Haruna Babangida, the one-day event seeks to educate the youth, create an unrestricted atmosphere, imbue and integrate a thorough understanding and acceptance of the Ghanaian culture.
Running for the second consecutive year, the heritage series has featured some prominent personalities and well-meaning Ghanaians with diverse backgrounds in history, culture and governance. Some of the speakers included; Mr Twum Barimah, a celebrated soccer coach and Historian as well as Hon Kwabena Okyere Darko Mensah, the Western Regional Minister and MP for Sekondi Takoradi.
This year’s event themed, “The role of culture in National Development” will witness amazing speakers from diverse ethnic backgrounds and fields of experience. These speakers include the Chief of Apremdo, Nana Egya Kwamina XI, Baba Raa Elis who is a Sheik and a Divine Minister at the Moorish Science Temple and a member of the
Divine and National Movement of North America that promotes black excellence, Multiple award-winning reggae artiste Shasha Marley, Oil and Gas expert Saviour Kwaku Adzika and Francis Atuahene and Entrepreneur and Automobile consultant.
