Presumption of death of a missing person as per the law, can only be done after seven years, and with 2020 marking the 7th year since Castro’s disappearance, some people have began to accept that the Ghanaian footballer cum musician is possibly dead.
Ghanaian highlife rapper, Kofi Kinaata, has opined that whatever possibility there is of Castro returning or being found, highly depends on the stories that were told following his disappearance.
Speaking with host, Nana Quasi Wusu (PM) on the Dryve of about Lyfe which airs on Y97.9FM Takoradi, Kinaata made this assertion in reply to whether he is hopeful that one day, we will wake up to hear that Castro the Destroyer is alive and has returned.
“If truly, he got missing, then for a missing person, hopefully one day, we’ll see him again so the stories we were told is what we will follow. The story was that he’s missing and not dead so if truly he’s missing, we know that by all means, one day, he’ll be found”, he said.
Kofi Kinaata admitted that Castro, to him was a mentor, an inspiration and a father, and his hope in the Baby Jet’s resurfacing is solely dependent on the missing story that he was told.
