DMX Welcomes His 15th Child

The rapper and actor, who is already struggling with child support payments, welcomes a son with his long-time girlfriend.
Rapper and actor DMX just welcomed his 15th child to the world.
The rapper’s long-time girlfriend Desiree Lindstrom gave birth Friday to a baby boy, Exodus Simmons. DMX, who was performing in Phoenix, AZ at the time, rushed back to New York to be by their side following the show. This is Lindstrom’s first child.
DMX has four children with ex-wife Tashera Simmons and admits to fathering children with nine other women.

In 2013, he filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy with his child support debt, which was reportedly $1.2 million, citied as the priority claim. The U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan turned down his claims. In July, DMX was sentenced to six months in jail for failing to pay $400,000 in child support.
