DJ Edita has been nominated for the ‘Male Radio DJ of the year’ in the upcoming Ghana DJ awards slated for November 27th, 2021 at the Accra International Conference Center.
The talented official Disc Joker for the most listened to drive-time radio show in Takoradi, the ‘Dryve of your Lyfe’ in an appreciation post on Facebook congratulated his fans, himself, and mentioned that the award was to be won and brought to Takoradi.
“Congrats to us ….. first on the List 🥇we bringing to the oil city🤩🤩,” the post read.
The programs manager at Y 97.9 FM, Agyekum Gyimah, congratulated DJ Edita for his nomination and expressed joy over his nomination and assured support from the Y family.
“Big congratulations to DJ Edita, I am so proud of him and the successes he has chalked in his career so far. I assure him the full support of everyone under the Y umbrella,” he said.
DJ Edita was nominated alongside Papa Bills (Adom FM), Mr Kaxtro (Ultimate FM), DJ Bridash (Hitz FM), DJ Raennie (Asaase Radio), DJ Stanzy (Freedom Radio), DJ Karanja (Stone City Radio), DJ Kindergarten (Lorlonyo Radio), DJ Tablettz (Hello FM) and DJ Tobile (Tungsung Radio).
DJ Edita is a talented Disc Jocker whose career started at an early stage in his life while in senior high school. DJ Edita joined Y FM in 2015 after winning the maiden edition of the Y’DISCOVERY competition organized by Y 97.9FM.
