Ghanaian Architectural Designer, Hanson Nartey, has stated that Ghana as a nation has a promising future in real estates.
The entrepreneur commended Accra, the capital city of Ghana for the impressive layouts of structures all around the city but also wished that it would be extended to other parts of Ghana.
“From my perspective, especially here in Accra, people are becoming more interested in these modern homes; everyone just want their home to stand out. It’s a really big thing especially here in Accra.” he stated as a reply to YFM Myd Morning Radio Show’s Rev. Erskine.
He made the distinction between an architect and an architectural designer in which he said ” the services of an architect are very expensive but for the architectural designer, it is affordable.
The employer in his final words stated that “everyone is a creator” implying that everyone has the potential of not only putting up a house but being creative and innovative about it.
