Fast rising Afrobeats singer, Crispen has revealed that his stay in Ghana has presented him with an opportunity to move into another level of greatness within his music career.
As a musician with five years of experience in the industry, Crispen, in an interview on Y107.FM’s Ryse N’ Shyne with host Brown Berry mentioned that he moved to Ghana from Zimbabwe to assist his father with his business. “My dad is into agriculture so he came to Ghana initially and then I followed after.; I came to help him out.”
The Zimbabwean singer hinted that his stay in Ghana has had a positive impact on his career while he narrated his daring advancements towards getting his music heard which in hand got him signed to a music record label. ” Coming to Ghana has been a blessing; I have learnt so much; I started as an RnB singer but I have been able to move from that into Afrobeats and all that came from here; As I said my dad is into agriculture; there was this work my dad and I were doing for a client and this client was listening to music that was similar to the kind I make; I knew for sure that he would love mine and he did; He led me to Sky Entertainment and they also loved my music so I got signed.” he submitted.
Crispen although far from home, mentioned that Zimbaweans who have heard of his recent progress are optimistic and appreciate his work.
