Ghanaian sensational singer and songwriter Jackeline Acheampong, known widely as Gyakie has postponed all forthcoming shows due to illness.
The Songbird took to her social media to announce the bad news to fans and followers and added that she had tried to get back on her feet for the shows, but to no avail, she said in an Instagram story post, “My lovely people, your girl is not well. Fighting everything to get better for my shows this week but I can’t fight myself no matter how hard I try,”
In the post, Gyakie stated that all her shows scheduled for this week have been postponed but expressed remorse for disappointing her fans. She assured fans who already purchased tickets would be valid for shows at later dates which will be announced soon. “All tickets are valid for the new dates which will be communicated in no time; I hope to be fit enough to see y’all at the festivals I’ll be performing at.” she stated.
Gyakie was preparing for a forthcoming Live-nation powered tour set to commence on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at Gorilla Manchester, London and would have been climaxed on Friday, May 6, 2023, in Paris.
