Managing Partner of ShrinQ, Sammy Ben Hammond has emphasized on the need for businesses to have technology factored in their operations.
According to him, the importance of technology to business across the world cannot be overemphasized.
Sammy Ben Hammond in an interview with YFM’s Brown Berry on the ‘Ryse N Shyne’ show disclosed what businesses will be missing without technology in their operations.
“Technology is supposed to increase efficiency so if we are doing that then automatically businesses are going to increase their returns which is the objective of every business. So, running away from technology is like telling yourself you don’t want to be efficient or get more money or be successful”, he said.
He noted that with the introduction of every new technology, we are sure to expect some form of controversy around that technology. However, the focus should be on how these technologies enhance our lives rather than the controversy that surrounds them.
Global Media Alliance Broadcasting Company (GMABC), parent company of media giants Happy FM, YFM and e.TV Ghana has set aside the month of April to celebrate technology and its advancements, especially in the era of COVID-19, as part of its themed month series.
Leading name in the Ghanaian technological space, ShrinQ Limited has partnered with Global Media Alliance Broadcasting Company (GMABC) to celebrate the month of April as Technology Month.
