Sandro Rosell revealed in ‘Mundo Deportivo’ a surprising anecdote of the day he entered the prison in Madrid.
The name of the former vice-president of Barcelona, Sandro Rosell, has been on everyone’s lips in the last few days due to his interview with ‘Mundo Deportivo’.
He announced that he was not going to run for the elections, instead deciding to speak about his time in Soto del Real and Can Brians 2 prisons.
“I remember when we came in they gave us four condoms and four bags of Vaseline. I was worried,” he said of his first night behind bars.
The former president admitted that the most difficult days were those he knew he had been denied parole again because he was a flight risk.
“In prison, either you die internally as a person or you become stronger,” he concluded in a new passage of the interview in which he praised Joan Besolí and her family: “Without him, I can’t stand this. And Marta, my wife, was very strong and a basic pillar of our endurance. My parents, my brothers and my friends too”.
