Madam Sophia Kudjordji, Head of Communication for Jospong Group of Companies has advised people especially the youth to ask for help when the need be.
Talking to Rev Erskine on Y 107.9 FM’s Y Leaderboard Series she said, “You carry so much more than you know and sometimes, you need somebody to bring that out of you. This will only happen, if you will humble yourself and learn to ask for help”.
She believes that whom you learn or ask for help from does not matter because you can learn from anybody.
“I have an 8 year old niece and sometimes the kind of things she can tell me I just ask my sister where does she hear this English from”she revealed.
Sophia stated that, it is important to make it a conscious effort to ask for help from people if you do not have an answer to a particular situation instead of pretending because the pretense does not give the solution to the situation.
“There is nothing demeaning about asking for help. Ask and let the person teach you. Let’s learn from anybody and anything”she insisted.
She is of the view that being vulnerable and asking for help is no weakness and it should not be something anyone should be ashamed of.
“Vulnerability is not a weakness it’s a strength and anyone at any point in time should be able to ask for help”.
She ended by telling the youth, “You are so blessed because of the internet and technology, you can be anything you want to be. You just have to know that you have it within you. There are things that might seem impossible but the Bible says, You are fearfully and wonderfully made and that word is so loaded”.
