British Ghanaian creative, Mensa Ansah has described his eclectic style as a depiction of his outspoken character and what he believes in.
The multi-talented creative opened up on his unique worldview in an interview with Kojo Manuel x DJ Millzy on Y107.9FM’s Dryve of Your Lyfe show.
The internationally recognized creative likened his work to his obvious tendencies of making statements that usually trigger controversies on social media spaces. “I say these things because I am a very observant person. I don’t do this for politics or partisan things or to criticize people I am just saying what I am observing.”
Embedded in the plots and verses of his works are the keen observations made regarding societal ills and inhabitant struggles. “That is what art is about; you put out what you are experiencing or your inspiration and then you just leave it out there for the people to receive it and also digest it how their digestive system works, they regurgitate it, be upset by it, be inspired by it.” he explained.
